About Nikki, Baker/Owner
My love for baking started in my grandmother's kitchen. When I was very young, she would invite me into the kitchen to help her bake. I remember several Saturday mornings waking up to blueberry muffins and orange juice. This passion stuck with me over the years and was rekindled when the Food Network took baking to a whole new level. I then enrolled into the Culinary program at College of Dupage and fell head over feet in love with baking. I graduated from College of DuPage in 2014, and in the spring of 2015 I decided to do a few farmers markets with a friend. The public was very supportive of my products and after several requests and orders:
